LOWER MERION HOUSE TOUR - WEEK OF MARCH 6, 2017

Homes in the Lower Merion School District are always in high demand, especially during the Spring real estate season. Well-priced homes are moving quickly now, and many are receiving multiple offers within a week of listing.  Especially hot are homes in move-in condition with modern improvements, like new windows, central air and remodeled kitchens and baths.  Prospective homeowners in the under $500K market are experiencing stiff competition from investors, with cash offers, looking to flip or rent out homes in the LMSD.
