Each week, Cindy Ridgway tours new listings in and around the Lower Merion School District, making sure that her clients are the first to know about any new wrinkles in the market. The feeding frenzy that was the 2019 Spring Market has subsided enough that new listings are lasting through their opening weekends. This gives patient buyers the opportunity to view and consider more homes without feeling the need to immediately pull the trigger. First up on Cindy's tour this week was a renovated colonial in College Park, listed for $649,999. Next up was this 5500 sq ft, 7 bed/4.2 bath stone colonial. listed for $1.385M. It sits on a .9 acre lot, with a circular driveway and a pool, just down the street from Wynnewood Valley Park. This is a great house for entertaining, inside and out. In the back, by the pool is a flat yard and a big flagstone patio. The rooms on the first floor are all large, with a kitchen that has six burners, three sinks, a big peninsula, and a huge fridge. The market keeps moving at its typical breakneck Spring pace, with new homes hitting the market every week.
