Each week, Cindy Ridgway tours new listings in and around the Lower Merion School District, making sure that her clients are the first to know about any new wrinkles in the market. The feeding frenzy that was the 2019 Spring Market has subsided enough that new listings are lasting through their opening weekends. First up on Cindy's tour this week was a renovated colonial in College Park, listed for $649,999.
