LOWER MERION HOUSE TOUR - WEEK OF MARCH 27, 2017

Cindy's tour this week started in the Borough of Narberth, and that market is still at a fever pitch.  Well-priced homes are going immediately, often in multiple-offer scenarios.  A couple of these newly listed Borough homes are already under agreement. The sub-$500K Narberth market continues to be especially competitive.  Demand is high and inventory low all throughout Lower Merion, in several price categories.  Here are a few of the recently listed properties that Cindy had the opportunity to tour.

This large twin in South Narberth drew quite a crowd, and went under agreement quickly.
