LOWER MERION HOUSE TOUR - WEEK OF JUNE 19, 2017

These next few weeks are remarkable as being the most popular time period for settlements in the Lower Merion School District - you might say it is "harvest time" for the Spring market home sales!  Expect to see plenty of moving trucks in the area, and don't forget to welcome your new neighbors to the community.  Cindy and her team had a few of those "closings" this week, but Cindy still managed to get out to see a few new listings on the early-week house tour.

Cindy toured a few homes with pools this week, a feature that's not especially common in Lower Merion.  This 4 bed/2.1 bath, 3712 sq ft, Georgian-manor style, home in Wynnewood's Indian Creek neighborhood has a big, beautiful pool in a nicely landscaped backyard.
