Cindy started the tour right here in ever-popular Narberth, where anything priced right is flying off the market. Borough real estate seems like a hot topic in the local press, too, with a number of recent articles in the Inky and elsewhere. Just this week, Philly Mag featured the first house on Cindy's tour. Note that the article quoted a higher price than it's actually listed for, so keep that in mind if you go check it out. The Narberth Borough property mentioned is a 4 bed/2 bath updated colonial, with 2232 sq ft of living space on a yard that's decent-sized by Narberth standards. It's an older house, like most of the Borough, but enough upgrades have been done, that you'd feel comfortable moving right in. Listed at $659K, it has a new kitchen, refinished floors, a new en-suite master bath, and central AC. See more at: 5 Langdon Lane, Narberth, PA 19072 This next one, just around the corner from General Wayne Park in Merion Station, is a 4 bed/ 3.1 bath Tudor with tons of unique features. It's not going to appeal to everyone, but the right buyer is going to make this their own, and have themselves a one-of-a-kind home. It has 3644 sq ft, including a big vaulted second-story family room straight out of Harry Potter. It's priced at $850K. Check out the pictures to see if this one's for you: 532 Lafayette Rd, Merion Station, PA 19066 Cindy saw four new listings in Wynnewood this week, starting with a 4 bed/2.2 bath in the neighborhood behind Lower Merion High School. Listed at $479K, it has 1632 sq ft inside, a front porch, a garage, and a yard surrounded by a white picket fence outside. Interior features include hardwood floors, a finished basement and new AC. See the rest at: 515 Owen Road, Wynnewood, PA 19096. In the Penn Wynne section of Wynnewood is this 4 bed/2.1 bath, with 2495 sq ft, for $439K. Plenty of upgrades in this one, including a new kitchen and a renovated master suite. The master bath is a highlight. See the details and the rest of the photos at: 31 Henley Road, Wynnewood, PA 19096 A couple of blocks over on another tree-lined Penn Wynne street, is this 3 bed/2 bath 1740 sq ft home. Listed at $419,900, this one looks renovated from top to bottom, with a new kitchen, refinished floors, second-floor laundry, and central AC. Check out the details and see the gallery of pictures at: 1427 Edgevale Rd, Wynnewood, PA 19096. The last of the new Wynnewood listings Cindy toured was the biggest of the four, at 3767 sq ft. Also in the Penn Wynne neighborhood, this 7 bed/2.1 bath home is listed for $668,500, and sits on over a third of an acre with a backyard pool. This one has always been owned by the same family, and it's got plenty of room for a big new family to move in. The home has gas heat, central AC, and comes with a one year warranty. Check out the rest at: 1216 Drayton Ln, Wynnewood, PA 19096. The Lower Merion School District doesn't offer a ton of opportunities in the $300K range, so buyers on a budget may want to check out this Ardmore home. Listed at $299,900, it's a 3 bed/1 bath twin with 1521 sq ft in the Montgomery County side of Ardmore (which means, it's in the LMSD). At this price point you might not expect such a nice, brand new kitchen, with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Last we heard, this one might be under contract, so call before you head to the Sunday open house. See the pics at: 131 Arnold Rd, Ardmore, PA 19003. The last house on Cindy's tour was this picture-perfect Maisonette center hall colonial in Haverford. The home is a 5 bed/2.1 bath, with 2701 sq ft, listed for $815K. The inside is nice, and the outdoor spaces are especially lovely. Take a look for yourself at 414 Berkley Rd, Haverford, PA 19041. Comments are closed.
