The market in Lower Merion and Narberth is still pretty hot, with most well priced homes getting snatched up quickly, many with multiple offers.  Strong offers are important in a real estate market like this, and buyers are advised to be pre-qualified, and ask for few contingencies.    This week, Cindy saw several new listings in Lower Merion.  Here are six of them.
