Here are some quick October updates for the Narberth and Lower Merion community, including voter services, trash news, and some family-friendly local activities.​

​Free COVID-19 Testing
Montgomery County is now offering free COVID-19 testing, for all ages, at six sites across the county. This testing is made possible by CARES Act funding that has been allocated directly to the County. One site is in Ardmore. See locations and all details here.

Voter Services
In-person voter services are available at multiple secure locations, where MontCo residents can register to vote, apply for a mail-in ballot, complete their ballot, and turn it in. A local satellite office is at: MDJ Office of Lower Merion, 925 Montgomery Avenue, Narberth. Bring your ID and drop off your ballot at the posted times. To register or apply for a mail-in ballot, first make an appointment here.

Free Dump Weekend for LM Residents: 
October 17-18  
​Dispose of your unwanted refuse and recyclables at no charge: household appliances, textiles, plastic, glass, newsprint, and plain old trash. Proof of LM residency is required (such as a driver's license). Recyclable material must be separated from other household trash. Details here.  

Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off - October 25 
Lower Merion and Narberth residents can make an appointment to drop off household hazardous waste at the Lower Merion Transfer station Sunday October 25. Details are here.

Pumpkin Decorating Contest
The Narberth Business Association is giving away some great prizes from your favorite local shops and restaurants in their Halloween Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Open to all. Submit your entry today! Details here.

Halloween Spooktacular - October 24
The Ardmore Business Association is hosting its annual Halloween Spooktacular. Registration is required. Register and get details here.

Halloween Bike Ride - October 24
