Lower Merion and Narberth New Listing Tour - June 8-11, 2019

Cindy did her usual new listing tour this week, getting the scoop on some new homes that might interest her clients. For the first time in a while, she managed to get her notes finished before any of the homes she saw went under contract. Maybe that's just coincidence, or maybe it's a sign that the market is slowing just a bit. In any event, let Cindy know if you see anything you like.

Cindy's tour started on the north side of Narberth Borough, at a home right across the street from Sabine Park. This 3025 sq ft, 4 bed 2.1 bath is listed at $735K.
