Cindy Ridgway keeps up with the local market by making weekly tours of new listings all around Narberth and Lower Merion. Here are some of the homes she toured this week. Cindy started her tour in her hometown Borough of Narberth, where she saw this 2651 sq ft, 5 bed/3.1 bath stone colonial listed for $635K. Narberth singles are commanding some pretty high numbers this year, so the fact that this one is not as "finished" as some of the others might make it a good value opportunity for buyers willing to put their own touches on a home. Halfway between the Wynnewood Valley Park and the South Ardmore Park, in one of Wynnewood's Penn Wynne neighborhoods, is this 1320 sq ft, 3 bed/1.1 bath brick colonial, listed for $419,900. Out back is a nice fenced yard with a patio. The home has extra room for all your family's stuff, with an attached garage, storage attic, and a finished basement. The second house Cindy toured in Bryn Mawr sits on a half-acre lot in the neighborhood next to Bryn Mawr College. It's a 2710 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath Cape, listed for $825K. The Cape layout gives you bedrooms on the first and second floor. The current owners have the master on the second floor, with a renovated master bath, , but buyers looking for one-floor living may be able to reconfigure. This one was a coming soon listing last week when Cindy toured it last week, and it has since hit the market and gone under contract. It's a 2159 sq ft, 3 bed/2.2 bath Dutch Colonial in the Havertown neighborhood next to the Merion Golf Club, that was listed for $595K.
