Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth "New Listing" Tour - Week of September 18, 2017

Cindy Ridgway does her regular weekly tour of new listings, in and around Narberth and Lower Merion, because she is committed to making sure that her clients have the latest market information on pricing and availability. She saw several new homes on her new listings tour this week, and took some notes to give everyone out there following this market a sneak preview.  In addition, between last weekend and this weekend, Cindy put two of her own new Narberth Borough listings on the market.  We'll give you a quick report on those as well.

In case you missed the open house last Sunday, Cindy listed a 4 bed/3.1 bath colonial carriage home on the very cool, modern Hansen Court cul de sac on the north side of Narberth Borough. Updates in this home include newer kitchen and bathrooms, plumbing, roof, windows, central AC, and exterior paint. If you're looking in the the south side of Narberth Borough, check out Cindy's open house Sunday for a new listing hitting this weekend on Elmwood Ave.  It's a 5 bed/2.1 bath stone colonial within a block of both the train station and Narberth's wonderful downtown.  Throw in the award-winning elementary school right down the street, and this one is a dream for buyers who crave walkability and easy commutes.  Inside, it has a new kitchen and first floor powder room, and outside it has a private driveway and two-car garage.  It's not showing until the weekend, but you can see a few pics here:  112 Elmwood Ave, Narberth, PA  19072.

Cindy's listings are both in Borough, but just outside Narberth's borders, in a part of Merion Station close enough to be called "Near-berth", is this 2557 sq ft, 5 bed/3.1 bath colonial, listed for $670K.   Outside, it has a cute, landscaped back yard with a driveway and a detached two-car garage. The Merion Station trio was followed by these next three in  Bala, starting with a 2208 sq ft 4 bed/1.1 bath colonial. Outside it has more than a 1/3 acre at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The next Bala house was on the edge of the College Park neighborhood, and down the street from the Bala Cynwyd schools.
