Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth New Listing Tour: Week of October 8, 2018

Next up was this 3126 sq ft, 3 bed/2.1 bath in Merion Station. Listed for $499K, this modern-style home sits on a corner lot in the neighborhood next to General Wayne Park, close to Merion Mercy Academy. Cindy's tour continued to the Penn Wynne section of Wynnewood, where she saw this 2553 sq ft, 4 bed/3.2 bath, listed for $475K.
