Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth "New Listing" Tour - Week of October 2, 2017

The first of three Ardmore homes on Cindy's tour was this 4 bed/2.1 bath brick colonial. It has 2164 sq ft of living space on a nice little lot.  First-floor bedroom suites aren't always easy to find in this area, but this home has a beautiful one.  Nice updated kitchen and baths.  The finished basement is a blank canvas with another bath. A few blocks from South Ardmore Park, is this 1837 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath bungalow, listed at  $429,900.
