Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth New Listing Tour: Week of November 12, 2018

Cindy's tour started on the eastern side of Lower Merion township, with this Bala twin, listed for $489,900.   It's a 2272 sq ft, 5 bed/2.1 bath, with a nice wraparound porch and a shed, on almost a quarter of an acre.  The renovated eat-in kitchen has a modern look with wood floors, white cabinets, and stainless appliances.  Bedrooms are on both the second and third floors. Next up for Cindy was this 2672 sq ft, 4 bed/2.2 bath brick and stone colonial, listed for $639K. It's in the wonderful Merion Park neighborhood, next to the General Wayne Park, and just across Montgomery Ave from the north side of Narberth Borough. Updates include a newer kitchen, new windows through most of the house, new alarm system and 2-zone HVAC. Cindy's tour continued with a couple of new Main Line listings west of Lower Merion.  In St Davids, she saw this 2528 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath, listed for $985K. The almost-quarter-acre lot is located on a neighborhood close to Wayne's downtown, and even closer to the St Davids train station. A real mix of classic home character, and modern amenities, the home has vintage features like arched doorways, hardwood floors, detailed molding, exposed beams.  It doesn't feel old though, with a modern white, granite, and stainless kitchen, radiant heat flooring, and  nicely renovated bathrooms.
