Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth New Listing Tour: Week of June 4 , 2018

Cindy stays on top of all new listings in LMSD that hit the market, and also keeps an ear out for things that aren't listed. Her ties to the community helped two of her clients land homes recently before they even hit the market!  New homes get listed every week. Here are a dozen of the new listings Cindy saw throughout Lower Merion this week. 

This week, Cindy's tour started in Merion Station, on the eastern side of the Lower Merion School District.  This first home is a 3085 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath stone colonial on a quarter-acre lot on N. Bowman Ave.  This isn't the same as Bowman Ave, where Merion Elementary sits, but is just a short walk from there, and a bit closer to that little Cynwyd downtown with Hymies and Murrays. Just a few blocks away, and right around the corner from the Merion train station, is this  2292 sq ft,  5 bed/2.2 bath stucco colonial, listed for $585K. On the market and open this weekend is this Wynnewood home, on a corner lot, just a couple of blocks from South Ardmore Park. Cindy's tour took her to this Ardmore 5 bed/3.1 bath stone colonial, listed for $1.195M. It has 3699 sq ft of living space on a third of an acre in the neighborhood next to Lower Merion High School.
