Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth New Listing Tour: Week of June 11 , 2018

Cindy Ridgway's weekly tours of new listings throughout the Lower Merion School district always give a good glimpse of the new market inventory. What follows are notes from five of the listings Cindy saw in Lower Merion this week.  The properties include a couple of twins in the $400s and three larger homes in the million-plus range. 

Cindy's tour started with this 1780 sq dt, 4 bed/2.1 bath twin in the Bala neighborhood near the library. Last up was a Wynnewood home in the neighborhood across the street from Lower Merion High School.  This 4763 sq ft, 7 bed/5.2 bath  English-style manor home has  been named "Maple Oaks".
