Cindy Ridgway's Lower Merion and Narberth New Listing Tour - Mid April, 2018

There aren't quite as many homes available in the Lower Merion School District this Spring, so if that's where you need to be,  make sure you have an agent who is on top of everything new and everything that's about to hit the market.  Cindy took her usual tours, and brought her clients out to see some, too.  Here are five of the homes she saw:

​This week, Cindy's tour started in Gladwyne, with this 5 bed/3.1 bath center hall colonial.  It has 3908 sq ft of living space on a 2/3 acre lot of landscaped property, in a quiet Gladwyne neighborhood, next to a nature preserve. Next up was this 3382 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath cape in Penn Valley.  Listed for $658K, this home sits on a .62 acre lot in a neighborhood between Belmont Hills and Welsh Valley Middle School. Next up was one of those nice stone homes along Winding Way, just down the street from Merion Elementary.  This Merion Station 5 bed/3.5 bath center hall colonial has 3093 sq ft, and is listed in "as-is" condition, for $715K. It has hardwoods throughout and an updated kitchen with granite and stainless.
