,Cindy's tour started with the biggest new listing of the week, and probably one of the grander Main Line homes for sale this year. Those of you with a very flexible budget will want to schedule of showing of this 8 bed/9.4 bath mansion, listed for a cool $14.9M. The home sits on a 17 acre lot in Villanova on a private drive, next to the Academy of Notre Dame and across the street from the Overbrook Golf Club. Cindy saw a number of homes in Wynnewood in the past week or so, including this 4223 sq ft, 5 bed/3.1 bath stone colonial, with a third of an acre on a quiet, tree-lined street. In Wynnewood's Shortridge neighborhood, Cindy toured this 1868 sq ft, 3 bed/2 bath colonial cape.
