The summer doesn't have as many new listings as the spring, but there are always at least a few new ones to see. Cindy bounced back and forth a few times between home and the shore, but she still managed to see several homes that hit the market this July. Here are a few of them: Cindy's tour started with a number of homes in Bala, including this pretty stone colonial in the College Park neighborhood. In the Bala neighborhood across Belmont Ave from the West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Cindy toured this 4 bed/3.1 bath split-level stone colonial. Listed for $619,900, this home has 2540 sq ft of living space on a third of an acre. A newly upgraded kitchen has marble countertops and a breakfast bar. The largest of the Bala homes on Cindy's tour was right around the corner from the last one. It's a 5586 sq ft, 5 bed/4.2 bath stone colonial, with wonderful curb appeal, listed for $1.125M. The first of two Merion Station homes on Cindy's tour was this 3822 sq ft, 6 bed/3.1 bath, listed for $750K. This center hall home sits on a quarter-acre lot in the neighborhood between the Merion train station and St. Charles Seminary. Upgrades include new electrical wiring and a freshly painted interior.
