The busiest part of the real estate season is over, but there are still new homes coming on the market every week. Cindy tours new listings all the time so she can keep her clients apprised of new inventory and market trends. Here are a few of the homes she saw this week, all in the Lower Merion School District, from Bala Cynwyd to Bryn Mawr. First up on Cindy's tour was this 2688 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath Colonial, in Bala's College Park neighborhood. This extensively-renovated home was listed at $899K, received several offers, and is now under contract. It's a good example of the classic Main Line stone exterior, with brand new renovations and modern amenities on the inside. In Wynnewood's Greenhill Farm section, by Penn Wynne Park, Cindy toured this 3168 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath Colonial, listed for $635K. This one was a coming soon listing last week when Cindy toured it last week, and it has since hit the market and gone under contract.
