Cindy's household has been a whirlwind of activity this week, as it is the epicenter of Narberth Dickens Festival planning. It's all worth it though, as running events like this is our way of giving back to a community we love so much! In between phone calls from ice sculptors and deliveries of hot toddy glasses, Cindy did manage to tour a few new listings - and one of them was right here in the Borough. If you have questions about any of these - or even just questions about real estate, and life, here in Narberth and Lower Merion, reach out to Cindy here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Narberth Borough home isn't a brand new listing, but it did just have a $51K price reduction. It's a 1770 sq ft, 6 bed/2.0 bath, now listed for $599K. There's no garage or driveway, but there is street parking, and the Borough is the Main Line's most walkable town, with the easiest commute around! It has a nice front porch as well as a cute little second floor master bedroom porch. The brand new kitchen is white and modern, with stainless appliances. See more at: 223 N. Essex Ave, Narberth, PA 19072.
Cindy saw a few outside of the Lower Merion School District, including this 2442 sq ft, 4 bed/3.1 bath, listed for $559K. It's right near some of the great restaurants and shops in Havertown, in a neighborhood just around the corner for Haverford Middle and High Schools. This cute, red brick Cape in Ardmore is just a couple of blocks from the South Ardmore Park. It's a 1796 sq ft, 3 bed/2.1 bath, listed for $270K. If you've been searching for that elusive first-floor master this one has it. Plus there's a full bath on the lower level that opens up in-law suite possibilities. Just on the other side of Wayne's popular downtown is this new listing for a 4000 sq ft, 6 bed/5.1 bath. It has a .28 acre lot and a price tag of $1.375M.
