If you can leave the air conditioning long enough to walk to your car, you may be able to see a few new listings this week. In between trips down the shore, Cindy managed to settle on a couple houses with her clients, negotiate some new deals, and even tour a handful of new listings. Here are some of the homes she saw: The first new listing Cindy toured was just around the corner from the Merion Train Station and the Merion Tribute House. It's a 7371 sq ft, 6 bed/4.1 bath estate, with a 3-car garage carriage house, on a one-acre lot, listed for $1.2M. Each week, Cindy Ridgway tours new listings in and around the Lower Merion School District, making sure that her clients are the first to know about any new wrinkles in the market. The feeding frenzy that was the 2019 Spring Market has subsided enough that new listings are lasting through their opening weekends. This gives patient buyers the opportunity to view and consider more homes without feeling the need to immediately pull the trigger. If you want more info on anything you see here, or want to see some homes in person, just reach out to Cindy to set up a good time.
