Our local Spring Market is ramping up, and more new listings hit each day. It's especially important for buyers to have an agent who knows and sells in the neighborhoods you're targeting. The "coming soons" and private listings included a 3 bed/2.1 bath for $461K in Wynnewood, a 5 bed, 3.1 bath for $850K in Bala, and a 5 bed/6.1 bath in Haverford for a cool $2.25M.
Inventory in the Lower Merion School District is pretty scarce at this time of year, so two of the homes Cindy toured this week are already under agreement. Serious buyers, who want the best possible shot at landing a home in the Spring Market, should find an agent, now, who has experience right here in Lower Merion and Narberth. Real estate is hyper-local; to put yourself in the best position, you need someone who knows the area, and even the specific neighborhoods, inside and out. Don't chase the market all Spring, wondering why you keep missing out!
Cindy toured three listings in Bryn Mawr, starting with this renovated 5 bed/3.1 bath center hall colonial. Priced at $749,900, it has 2789 sq ft of living space on a third of an acre near the Rosemont train station.
